Ans) I think that It is neceesary for leaders to have a good sense of huor for several reasons.

 

First, because of humor, leaders can make a good mood.

To be specific, humor makes people laugh. In this environment, their team can imporve creativity and make some money!

 

Secondly, leaders can build good relationships with their team members.

 

For example, My leaders at my company was very humorous. In this case, i enjoyed working with him.

 

Therefore, I think It is necessary for leaders to have a good sense of humor.

Ans) I think that I prefer taking vacations in the countryside to taking vacations in a large city for several reasons.

 

First, the air of the countryside is very fresh. To be specific, countryside's Fresh air is better than large city's air. So, we can rest healthy and comportable.

 

Secondly, There are fewer people in countryside than in large city. 

For example, In Korea, The countryside called A has fewer people than Seoul, we can get peace of mind. 

 

Therefore, the countrysids is better than a large city.

Ans) I disagree that Parents should always give their children advice or sugeestions for several reasons.

 

First, children must learn something in their life. To be specific, of course, parent's advice is very important.

but, life is adventure. as they work something, they will optain something.

 

Secondly, if they will solve problem in their life, they can improve problem solving ability.

For example, when i faced a problem in the school, ~

 

Therefore, i disagree that Parents  should always give their childeren advice or suggestions for several reasons.

Q4) What are the advantages of starting your own company instead of being employed by a company?

 

ans) I think that there are some adavantages of starting your own company instead of being employed by a company.

 

First, I would be passionate about my company. To be specific, the company is consist of my money, my building, my time, my own. So, For my company to grow, I must passionate for my company.

 

Secondly, I can distribute my time. 

 

To be Specific, if i go to employ by a company, i can't ditribute my time. ~

 

For this reasons, i think there are some advantages of starting my own company.
